Information - Check the calendar for available dates. If no name is on the
day, it's available. This is a summer cottage (no heating system) and the calendar will reflect the dates that are available. There are notes after each month that will indicate the rate for that month. The longest rental period will be two or three weeks. Special rates for return renters, friends of the family, co-workers, and family. After receiving your non-refundable deposit of $200, I will place your name on the calendar. Until your inital deposit is received, the dates will be considered available. First deposit received will lock the dates. There will be an additional $200 due when signing the rental lease (for a total deposit of $400). Please read our guidelines. So how do I sign up? - Poke around on this site to see if this is truly the vacation dwelling that will meet your needs. Check the availability on the calendar. Then send me an email. Tell me about yourself (I want to be particular about who will be experiencing the many years of hard work I put into this place). Once I get your email, I'll give you a call to talk about all the questions you might have. I know you will just fall in love with Silver Lake and this cottage.
