Miscellaneous:

• Nicely decorated 1st floor.

• Plenty of outdoor lighting. Motion lights at both entries.

• Upstairs is a bit rustic, but clean. (It's a 20 year project, and I've got 10 to go)

Outside:

• Covered porch - with plenty of seating, a porch swing. A great place to socialize or just take a nap.
• Deck off the kitchen - big enough to sit about 6 or so, very cozy, nice view of the garden.
• A gas grill - to cook your favorite hot dogs or that steak you've been working so hard for.
• 40 foot perennial garden - providing a wall between the property and the street.
• Parking across the private street with a park just beyond the parking area.
• Bishop Bert Park - across the street, with swings, a slide, basketball court, and baseball diamond.
• 300 feet or so to the lake - straight down the street.

Kitchen:

• Kitchen - electric stove, microwave oven, toaster, toaster oven, double sink, water filter, 8 foot table (seats about 8)

• Plenty of plates, cups, glasses, silverware, cookware.

Living Room:

• Two couches - one is a sleeper sofa

• 19" color TV - with very basic cable (about 20 channels) and VCR

• Air tight wood stove
• Door out to front porch

Bedroom #1 (downstairs):

• Double bed
• Dresser, open shelve unit.
• A great place to sleep if you don't like doing stairs

Bedroom #2 (upstairs):

• Master bedroom - As big as the living room
• Double bed
• Dresser
• closet
• Window fan - great to pull the air through the entire house on hot nights.

Bedroom #3 (upstairs):

• We call it the Music room - a nicely lit room where they might have practiced music in the early 19 hundreds. (I doubt it, but it sounds cool)

• Night stand

Bedroom #4 (upstairs):

• Single bed.
• Small table and chair.
• Dresser.

Bedroom #5 (upstairs):

• This room is big enough for a single bed and not much more.
• Dresser.
• Small closet.
